We Build Humanoids is an independent knowledge project about humanoid robotics. It is not a company or any other legal entity: it is run privately, on a non-commercial basis, by the site owner. WBH (webuildhumanoids.com) is a free reference that you can read without an account. By using it you accept these terms. Who is responsible for personal data is explained on the privacy page.

WBH compiles information from public sources, mainly manufacturers' own pages, documentation and repositories, and shows the source of every fact. Manufacturers change specifications, prices and availability without notice, and sources can be wrong. The information is provided as it is, for general reference: check the original source and the manufacturer before buying, deploying or relying on a robot, and follow the manufacturer's safety instructions. WBH does not give engineering, safety, legal or purchasing advice.

Records marked “awaiting editor review” and text drafted with AI assistance have been checked against their sources but not yet reviewed by a WBH editor.

Robot, product and company names are the trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify them. WBH is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any manufacturer it covers.

Links to other sites are provided for reference. WBH is not responsible for their content or availability.

WBH's own text and data remain the property of the site owner unless a licence is stated here. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link to the page. Facts belong to no one; please cite the original source they come from as well. Robot photographs are not WBH's own: each is shown under its own licence, credited next to the image, and may be reused only under that licence.

Do not use automated tools in a way that burdens the site, and do not try to access parts of the site or its systems that are not public. The site's robots.txt describes what may be crawled.

To the extent the law allows, WBH is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the information on the site or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
